A farm-to-table feel for the salad which has an unforgettable blend of aromatic herbs and taste. While the Tom Yam soup is a bit oily, overall, I would say that good culinary skills transformed ordinary ingredients into tasty dishes.
This place did not disappoint at all! Tomyam was spicy and sour, pad thai noodles were chewy and stir fried Thai leaves were super fragrant. Servers were able to communicate with me in fluent english, so not a problem for foreigners who wish to dine in here. They were attentive and polite, boosting the whole dining experience. Price of our meal was around 450baht for two people. We found it pretty reasonable as there were night markets around the area charging similar prices for street food environments. Highly recommend tourists in the area to drop by! Only con was that the serving time for each dish was rather slow, so do take note of that!
mian kam is nice, they are generous for the dried shredded coconut, the source is good. Tom yam is kind of over salty and I prefer non creamy. the fried thai leaves & egg, nothing to shout about. lime steam fish sauce just nice, just that the fish too big for 2 person, the staff told 700gm, but looks like near 1kg size. thap tim krab not recommended. the water chestnut seems not really fresh, jack fruit no good at all, the coconut milk can't feel is coconut milk, seems diluted.
Great place to come for dinner. Ordered from the al a carte menu which was more affordable, but the portion sizes for the curry and stir fry were small compared to the volume of rice we got with it! We also ordered the aubergine and prawn salad, which was delicious and a huge portion. Would recommend this dish if you come here! Nice and spicy too
At 12th July 2025 come to this restaurant for a dinner. This is historic restaurant since 1967. All the dishes we orderer acceptable and the thing I need to comment is the sweeteners of the taste. May not suit to our taste but overall acceptable.
Reasonably priced Thai- Chinese food. Crab curry had loads of crab meat! Can use credit card if you spend more than 300b, no extra charges
